Required Skills:

​

  • Experience in effort Estimation

  • Able to design solutions and guide the junior developers

  • Establish quality process for the development team including best practices implementation, peer review checklists

  • Hands on experience on BPMS implementations – process design, form design, rules, SAIL, CDTs

  • Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD

  • Knowledge of RDBMS and basic SQL (DDL & DML)

  • Experience in Integration in Appian is needed

  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus

  • Experience in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing.

  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall development methodology

 

Qualifications:

​

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

2-10 years of work experience with atleast 2 years and above relevant experience on Appian/IBM BPM/Pega/JBPM development.

High-performing Sales Leader to help meeting the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the organization competitive and innovative. Sales leader will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, constructing detailed Account and Sales plans and achieving the targets.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Work with BPM local BUs and establish deep relationships for new revenue

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through Consulting level partnerships

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast timely reports

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

 

Professional Experience/Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s in Business Administration from a premier institute will be preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant in IT Sales working with IT Services organization/s

  • Successful previous experience as a sales hunter, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

  • Experience in customer relationship management

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execute

As part of our Human Resources organization, you will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise to provide a wide range of HR support, and administration.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment (onboarding and offboarding formalities), and employment law compliance.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • At least 2+ years’ experience as HR Coordinator and at least 1 year experience as a HR Generalist.

  • Understanding of HR best practices and current local regulations

  • Sound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to move quickly with the information at hand
